1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized representatives, or registered office.

  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and issue a confirmation email or invoice.

  • The customer must provide accurate and complete personal information, including full name (as per passport for international travel), contact details, and travel preferences.

  • For international packages (e.g., Dubai, Singapore, etc.), all passport and visa details must be submitted within the specified time frame.

2. Payment Policy

  • 100% of the total package cost must be paid before the start of the travel date.

  • The payment schedule (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of booking, but full payment must be cleared before travel.

  • We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, Razorpay, Paytm, or other approved methods.

  • Failure to complete payment before the specified date may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated for international customers.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and may change due to currency fluctuations, airline fare revisions, or tax changes.

  • Package inclusions (hotels, transfers, meals, sightseeing, etc.) are mentioned in the itinerary. Services not listed as included are excluded.

  • The agency may revise tour costs in case of changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, visa fees, or other charges beyond control.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter).

  • Cancellation charges depend on the timing of the cancellation:
    • More than 30 days before travel – 20% of the total cost
    • 15–30 days before travel – 50% of the total cost
    • Less than 15 days or “No Show” – 100% of the total cost (no refund)

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed within 15–30 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

  • Refunds for international bookings depend on airline, hotel, and third-party provider policies.

5. Travel Documents and Visa

  • Travelers must hold valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.

  • We assist in visa processing for certain destinations, but approval is at the discretion of the embassy or consulate.

  • The agency is not responsible for visa rejections or delays. No refund applies in such cases.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance covering health, baggage loss, and cancellations before departure.

  • The agency is not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from unforeseen circumstances.

7. Changes or Cancellations by the Agency

  • We may cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, government restrictions, airline changes, or group size.

  • An alternative tour or refund may be offered, subject to supplier terms.

  • We are not liable for consequential losses.

8. Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • We act only as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.

  • We are not liable for delay, loss, injury, or damage caused by third parties or natural events.

  • Travelers are responsible for their health, safety, and compliance with travel regulations.

  • We are not liable for losses due to force majeure events such as strikes, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

9. Customer Obligations

  • Travelers must behave responsibly and follow local laws and customs.

  • Any misconduct, illegal activity, or property damage caused by the traveler will be their sole responsibility.
